JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for a versatile and motivated Digital Marketer/Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies while also engaging in telemarketing activities to drive sales and customer engagement. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the creative aspects of digital marketing and the direct engagement of telemarketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Digital Marketing:
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Create and manage content for digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines.
Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build a strong online presence.
2. Telemarketing:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Follow prepared scripts to provide information about products and persuade customers to make a purchase.
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address their inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and telemarketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Persuasive and confident in making sales calls.
Maintain the confidentiality of all company information.
