Organizing: Establishing project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities, and allocating resources.
Executing: Overseeing the project's progress, monitoring tasks, and managing risks.
Monitoring: Tracking project performance, identifying potential issues, and taking corrective action.
Closing: Ensuring the project is completed to the agreed-upon standards, documenting lessons learned, and archiving project materials.
Communication: Maintaining open communication with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management.
Leadership: Motivating and inspiring the project team to achieve their goals.
Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project's lifecycle.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in a technical support or managed services role within the telecom industry.
3. Communication: Good English verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients. English is mandatory, and Chinese Language is an advantage
