Travel Coordinator (Site Based)

The Site Travel Coordinator is responsible for supporting the site travel movements of EPCM Contractors staff as well as Worley and Vendor representatives   Primary responsibilities include: Site flight coordination Roster management Travel administration including data entry into the travel and administration systems and reports Site accommodation coordination Visa application support Other administrative activities Ground transport coordination Site Flight Coordination: Arrange site flights in accordance with site flight procedure, roster schedule, Arrange site accommodation, inductions. Assist with the arrival and departure of visitors to site. Travel administration including data entry into the travel and administration systems and reports Vendor Support: Provide support in vendor representatives mobilisation process and ensure compliance, take necessary actions. Keep stakeholders informed on the progress of vendor mobilisation/ visa and site travel requests. Manage urgent flight changes and cancellations which can sometimes occur outside of normal work hours. Arrange ground transport to/from the airport. Coordinate with the mobilisation team for medical appointment bookings for Vendor Representatives. Collect supporting docs for SAP ID from Vendor Representatives Roster Management: Maintain the site roster file accurate and up to date Provide updates to relevant departments with regards to personnel movements to/from site. Provide assistance with personnel movements to the Mobilisation and Travel team. Carry out any other ad hoc duties as required by the Mobilisation, Travel, Human Resources team / areas To prepare efficient handover report for the next shift team member Provide travellers with Site flight manifests, and any changes of information on the Site travel arrangements in a timely manner for avoiding No Show occurrence.    

Commissioning Engineer - Process

The purpose of this role is to provide for the delivery, technical quality, integrity and adequacy of all design engineering work as well as ensuring the design can be constructed in the safest, efficient and economic manner. The role is also responsible for providing technical support, methods, procedures, standards and quality control to meet the needs of the Project Execution Plan.   Responsibilties: Plan and organise the commissioning activities within the commissioning team. Ensure commissioning is conducted in compliance with the relevant Safety Management Plans. Transmit appropriate information to the Commissioning Manager and stakeholders at completion. Identify the requirements for engineering input into procurement and construction contract packages Ensure the implementation of the project engineering procedures. Understand the activities of engineering sub-consultants to the EPCM Engineer Work within the systems and procedures to ensure engineering project work complies with statutory and regulatory requirements and company policies and practices Technical Support  & System walk-downs and installation verification on-site Conduct equipment checks and system tests in the field to ensure correct operation Review test results and prepare test reports to confirm compliance with technical specifications Preparation of systems definition, markups in collaboration with other disciplines and follow up changes with Turnover team Ensure compliance with engineering procedures, international codes, standards & approved codes of practice Preparation of Pre/Commissioning procedures, updating procedures, and follow up the adherence to these procedures Preparation of Operability Acceptance Criteria, execution and test results follow up

Document Controller (UB based)

The main purpose of this role is maintain and perform Document Control protocols and processes according to the project procedures whilst providing guidance and input into the project Document Control team  Provide Document Control support to the project ;   Interface with Area Managers for all document control matters and support services;  Printing, filing, distribution and control of design drawings and engineering documents (including specifications, lists and design data); preparation of transmittals and recording of all distribution information such as revision numbers, issue dates and destinations within the Document Control system  Ensure working files are kept up to date with most recent drawing revisions  Vendor Data control including liaising with all project disciplines to identify key information required to perform this task within the project quality guidelines   Maintain project Document Control systems   Distribution by transmittal of all project information as required to contractors and project office  Prioritise Workload Demand  Provide timely turnaround of documentation flow  Perform document control processes and procedures tailored to the project in accordance to the Worley and project specific Document Control Procedures.  Identifying improvements within the Worley Document Control processes according to the project requirements  Attending safety, weekly and monthly meetings as and when required.  Provide accurate and timely reports as required  Comply with all Emergency plans and HSEC procedures for the site  Attend HSEC meetings to discuss health, safety, environment and community issues  Ensue effective document and data control occurs to ensure appropriate personnel are issued with up-to-date documentation 

Quantity Surveyor- Field Labour Analysis (FLA)

The Quantity Surveyor manages all costs relating to the engineering works of the project in conjunction with the Contracts team. Minimise the costs of the project and enhance the value for money while still achieving required standard and quality of the project. Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. Field quantity measurements and verification for Underground Packages and Surface Packages Update weekly qty installed progress to FLA team Keep track of variation between Tender and as-built construction and update in FLA Document any changes in design and updating budgets. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Any additional ad-hoc project works as requested by the management and Planning team

Planner - Project Controls

Creates standardized reporting and dashboards for scheduling metrics tailored to the audience. Identifies reporting/analysis opportunities to identify risks and opportunities in scheduling proactively. Effectively communicates major drivers. Consolidates package-level scheduling analytics and highlights key trends and dashboards for management. Creates standardized reporting and dashboards for scheduling metrics tailored to the audience. Consolidates package-level scheduling analytics and highlights key trends and dashboards for management Engage with the Planning team to ensure the scheduling system has adequate and audience-tailored dashboards. Continuous improvement of reporting content/format and processes (including the creation, collection, review, aggregation, and dissemination of data), to generate efficiencies and address relevant requirement Work with the Planners/Schedulers closely on the report preparation Work closely with the contractor and Area Managers in the report preparation Prepare weekly and Monthly Package Dashboards Support the Planning team in updating monthly report data Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as project managers, and site engineers Liaise with the Contractor team to ensure accurate data is collected and used in the reporting Select and/or source construction materials
