Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Manager who will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across all journeys, leading and mentoring the operations team, and ensuring each guest experience exceeds expectations. This is a key leadership role with a clear path to becoming General Manager.   Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end trip operations and execution—from pre-arrival preparations to post-trip follow-ups. Maintain and elevate WildMongolia’s quality standards across logistics, services, and guest experience. Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of ownership, precision, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with travel designers and product development to ensure trip feasibility and logistical alignment. Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, guides, and regional partners. Identify and implement systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and service delivery. Handle high-pressure problem-solving during trip operations with grace and speed. Play a key role in internal culture-building, team alignment, and organizational growth.
