This position would be suitable for a recent graduate and would work under the direct supervision and guidance of Legal Manager. The main objective is to support Legal manager in managing legal documentation, maintaining proper filing systems, tracking versions of contracts and official letters, and assisting with general administrative tasks related to legal compliance and corporate governance. Organize and maintain legal documents, files, and records. Ensure compliance with legal documentation standards and protocols. Coordinate with lawyers and legal staff to manage document flow. Track revisions and updates to legal documents. Implement filing systems to improve document retrieval efficiency. Support the preparation of legal documents and reports. Assist in the management of document storage solutions. Facilitate the secure sharing of documents with relevant stakeholders.
