Interpreter
Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Interpreter. This role involves close collaboration with the General Manager and requires excellent language skills, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany and interpret during visits, local areas, and business meetings;
- Provide interpretation between Mongolian and Japanese, as well as English;
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners;
- Assist in coordination and follow-up of key meetings and business activities;
- Ensure strict confidentiality when handling sensitive or classified information.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in related field;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Mongolian and Japanese;
- Proficiency in English is essential;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- General knowledge of automotive service and parts terminology is an advantage, or a willingness to learn is expected;
- Willingness and flexibility to travel locally and occasionally overseas;
- Strong sense of responsibility and discretion, as the role involves handling confidential information.
