Provide comprehensive technical support to clients, including remote and on-site troubleshooting.
Deliver both theoretical and hands-on training sessions to customers in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
Collaborate with the pre-sales team to provide technical consultation and solution design.
Perform system diagnostics, including Linux debugging, serial port configuration, SSH operations, and network traffic analysis using tools such as Wireshark.
Travel to customer locations or project sites to identify and resolve technical issues.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
Proficient in English (both written and spoken) as the primary working language.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or related engineering role; prior experience with pre-sales support is preferred.
Solid understanding of computer networking fundamentals and a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
Hands-on experience with Linux systems and common diagnostic tools.
Willingness to travel for business purposes and work in dynamic, customer-facing environments.
