Front Desk Officer at Visa Application Center

- Conduct document scrutiny/checking and collection of applicants for visa processing
- Record and maintain all application data, and ensure accurate and timely data entry into the system with zero errors
- Handle front office application process and support back office operations
- Handle daily cash and bank related transactions of visa application fees and ensure 100% accuracy
- Understand the applicant's requirements and provide appropriate information/advice
Ажлын байранд тавигдах шаардлага
- Bachelor's degree in a travel, hospitality, international relations, business administration or sales marketing
- Proficiency in MS office & typing skills required (English)
- Excellent communication and customer oriented
- Efficient selling skills
- Experience with travel arrangements and answering phones
