Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
Supporting payroll and leave tracking
Coordinating staff training and performance reviews
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
Acting as a point of contact for employee questions or concerns
Supporting a positive and professional workplace culture
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Previous work experience in HR or similar role
Strong communication skills in both Mongolian and English (oral & written)
Willingness to live and work on-site (accommodation provided)
