Officer Administration
Job description
- Administrative and Clerical Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations.
- Employee Management: Create and update employee profiles; manage internal flight arrangements.
- Training Coordination: Organize and track employee participation in necessary training sessions, monitoring attendance and completion.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new employees with orientation and integration into the company.
- Workforce Planning: Develop and maintain weekly manpower plans and schedules.
- Timesheet and Reporting: Create and manage monthly timesheets and prepare related reports.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with the job description.
Job requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Computer Skills: Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Personal Attributes: Ability to work effectively in a team; responsible, well-organized, innovative, and creative with a positive attitude
Additional information
- Advanced Reporting Skills: Experience with advanced data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel tables, data visualization).
- Shift Requirements: Ability to work 14/14 shifts in rural areas.
- Site Knowledge: Knowledge of Oyu Tolgoi site rules, regulations, and having a SAP number is also a plus.
