Top Down Market research
Identify opportunities and challenges/issues through data analytics, both for existing assets as well as new projects
Provide analytics support to Senior Management
Investment management:
Managing the investment and development process (design, ops, legal, finance etc.) of on-going projects
Identify, review and resolve any major issues
Ensure that our projects are delivered on time and executed at the expected standard of quality
Asset management:
Business owner of real estate value creation (capital value, P/L, cash flow)
Implement operational and real estate initiatives
Extract Synergies Across Assets in similar cluster or across clusters (joint marketing, cross selling of products)
Responsible for modifications to existing management contracts to enable value enhancements projects
Two-way communication with property managers (Hotels and Investment Properties)
Bottom-up market research (i.e. feet on the ground); identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to Properties
