• Develop, implement, and update HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct daily safety inspections at the construction site
• Organize safety briefings, training sessions, and daily, weekly, and monthly HSE meetings
• Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and safety breaches
• Ensure that construction workers’ personal protective equipment (PPE) meets safety standards
• Enforce compliance with construction safety laws, regulations, and standards
• Develop and implement preventive measures to avoid accidents and safety breaches
• Collaborate with internal and external regulatory authorities and prepare required reports and documentation
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation plans
• Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of technical equipment
• Coordinate and work closely with subcontractors
• Lead and supervise the construction HSE team
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Hygiene, Engineering, Technical or other relevant field
• Specialized vocational training in Occupational Health and Safety
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Supervisor, preferably in the mining or construction industry
• Ability to conduct research and develop corrective action plans for construction safety requirements
• Upper-Intermediate level of English language
• Excellent computer literacy

Position

• On site in accordance with company rotation schedule
• Roster 14/14 on/off
