Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Manager who will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across all journeys, leading and mentoring the operations team, and ensuring each guest experience exceeds expectations. This is a key leadership role with a clear path to becoming General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end trip operations and execution—from pre-arrival preparations to post-trip follow-ups.
Maintain and elevate WildMongolia’s quality standards across logistics, services, and guest experience.
Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of ownership, precision, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with travel designers and product development to ensure trip feasibility and logistical alignment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, guides, and regional partners.
Identify and implement systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and service delivery.
Handle high-pressure problem-solving during trip operations with grace and speed.
Play a key role in internal culture-building, team alignment, and organizational growth.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in travel, hospitality, or event execution.
Proven leadership and team-building experience; ability to lead from the front.
Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Mongolian and English.
Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure and ambiguity.
Passion for Mongolia, its culture, and commitment to high-end travel experiences.
Experience working with international clients and luxury service standards is a strong plus.
