• Assist the production team in ensuring all AutoMine systems and machines are ready for operation.
• Monitor daily operations of AutoMine systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the operation of the AutoMine systems.
• Perform basic maintenance and servicing tasks on machines and systems associated with AutoMine.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and report potential issues.
• Assist in implementing updates and upgrades to systems and machines as required.
• Support from the AutoMine product support team will be available for fault finding and learning purposes, ensuring you develop a solid understanding of the systems.

• Collaborate with other team members to improve system performance and reliability.
• Work closely with the AutoMine product support team for advanced troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
• Provide support to the production team on the use of AutoMine systems.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices.
• Document all maintenance and operational activities accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with different departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of automation systems.

• Bachelor Degree in a relevant engineering field, such as Electrical or Automation system and Mechanical Engineering.
• 1+ years' work experience in AutoMine system and Heavy equipment technologies.

• Strong understanding of automation systems, components, and programming languages
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
