Inventory Supervisor / Mining Industry

Ensures Inventory Team has a clear understanding of their job responsibilities. Supervises the daily activities of the inventory team within well-established and clearly defined policies and procedures. Promotes customer-focused relationships and philosophy. Responsible for investigating, controlling and reconciling any inventory variances on a daily weekly and monthly basis for all warehouse locations.  Manage inventory to ensure cost effectiveness and financial asset productivity Maintain right stock procedure apply the correct order parameters Monitor service work order and forecast for all  components , communicate with service team planner make sure order maintain all necessary parts maintain the right level of stocking Maintain good communication with all parts staff + service + customers Responsible for resolving all internal and external client customer service issues in a cost effective and expeditious manner.

Assistant Operations Manager

Support logistics-related relations according to trade agreements Conduct verbal and written translations between Chinese and Mongolian languages Visit different mine sites and locations in Mongolia Communicate with vendors in China regarding product sales and shipment arrangements. Arrange meetings with Chinese customers, interpret protocols during meetings, and coordinate daily operational relations.

Japanese-English Translator / Automotive Industry

Interpret during meetings, factory visits, trainings, and conferences involving Japanese and non-Japanese stakeholders. Able to travel for local & overseas business trips  Support internal communications between Japanese leadership and local employees. Ensure translations maintain accuracy, context, and industry-specific terminology. Assist in preparing bilingual materials for internal use and client presentations. Manage and support financial systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency. Identify and implement system improvements in collaboration with IT and finance teams. Analyze financial data for consistency and resolve discrepancies. Provide user support, training, and best practice guidance for system users. Develop reports and dashboards to support financial decision-making. Drive data quality improvements and participate in business process workshops. Support change management efforts, including training materials and communications. Ensure thorough documentation of systems and procedures.

Tax Accountant / Mining Industry

1. Prepares, submission of monthly VAT return: Review reconciliation of VAT ledger accounts Prepare VAT return by due date set by local authorities Submit the report to local tax authorities 2. Administration of tax returns: Preparation of Corporate income taxation, Personal income taxation, Withholding tax from individuals, Transfer Pricing report, Automobile tax, and other tax returns as required. Prepare tax computation Prepare deferred tax computation Coordinate with Tax authorities Keep updated with tax legislations, inform to the management any updates 3. Participation in Tax Audits: Ensures all tax returns of the company are accurate, coordinate with tax auditors as required Provides back up information to auditors regarding Transwest Mongolia LLC in discussion with the senior management. Investigating and providing follow up on auditors concerns and inquiries 4. Coordinates special projects as requested. Prepares reports as requested related to the annual budget or periodic forecasts for the corporate group. Prepare other reports and necessary official documents to governmental and nongovernmental organizations. 5. Ensure tax compliance in the company accounting. 6. Prepare international tax reports as required by headquarters.

Corporate Services Officer / Mining Industry

Verify scanned data capture all information correctly. High volume of data entry in the system. Match vendor invoices to receipts on purchase orders. Maintaining historical records of all documents properly. Maintain confidentiality of financial information. Other responsibilities and duties as required by supervisor.
