Background The AWPP project is being implemented by the MCA-Mongolia with the funding of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”) of the United States of America and the Government of Mongolia. The Construction project – MAPA is hiring a Environmental and Social Manager Performance Manager (ESPM) to join a dynamic team of local and international experts.   REQUIREMENTS BS and/or MS Degree in Environmental Studies, Biology or Chemistry is desired; Experience in managing environmental and social performance on at least two international projects of similar scale; Experienced with implementation of Mongolian environmental regulations, laws, practices and procedures within the environmental compliance fields; Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Comfortable working outdoors.
