Epiroc Mongolia LLC is looking for an experienced Safety Officer located in OT mining site with roster base. The role is responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety. The incumbent ensures the workplace safety and health plan is prepared and implemented and ensuring Safety, Quality and Environmental standards and reporting are as per requirements as set by the client and Epiroc at all times. Available position No: 1 (one) Work condition: Non-Standard Work Location: Oyu Tolgoi mine site, Underground. Roster: 14/14 (11 hours per day) Specific tasks and responsibilities, but are not limited to: Assist in the implementation of both parties’ safety systems and process in the area/organization of accountability and provide support and expertise to the operation; Field presence performing task observation, facilitating hazard and risk assessments; Actively advises the line management of critical issues and recommends interactions which will contribute to alleviating safety risks; Report all hazards, accidents and incidents. Conducting accident/incident investigations; implement immediate actions on every incident; Coordinates and participates in HSE meetings, inspections, audits, interactions and observations; Attending daily prestart meetings within the area and contributes to safety learning sharing; Ensuring current OHS, environmental and other relevant legislative; Report HSE weekly and monthly KPI, reports regularly to monitor progress and data quality. Key responsibilities include: Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify and target specific sales prospects and/or markets. Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, trials, seminars, solution presentations to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to orders. Develop and maintain positive long-term relationships with existing and new customers through close management of the accounts and attention to their needs. Respond promptly to customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and present quotes, proposals, pricing, credit terms to customers. Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve acceptable market share growth, revenue growth, and share of customer in the assigned area of responsibility
