The position will entail the following duties: Co-development of concepts and operation plans for the project design, planning and execution of activities related to the rehabilitation of abandoned and damaged mining areas including those related to biological rehabilitation in various vegetation zones. needs assessment with national and local governments, civil society organizations and private sector entities related to their capacity to implement rehabilitation and mine closures activities advisory services for local governments and companies to assist them in the development and implementation of their respective rehabilitation and mine closures activities monitoring and evaluation of said activities execution of general tasks and responsibilities in close coordination with ERM colleagues
