Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30. Additionally, the teaching assistant is appointed twice a week to stay with 'late pick-up students' until 18:00. Responsibilities: Assist teachers in maintaining a conducive learning and teaching environment. Ensure punctuality for the school day, including start and end times of lessons, clubs, and breaks. Stay on-site until 18:00 when appointed for 'late pick-up students.' Safely oversee the departure of students, ensuring they are with parents or supervised by another teacher. Implement measures to ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of students, colleagues, and the school environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Promote and encourage communication in English as the working language of the school.
Collaborating with teachers to adapt teaching strategies: Assisting teachers in modifying teaching approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs of students. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive student records: Keeping meticulous and up-to-date records of students' academic progress and overall development. Updating records diligently: Ensuring that all necessary records are consistently and accurately updated with relevant information. Communicating student information: Regularly sharing pertinent information about student progress and requirements with students, colleagues, and parents, with the prior approval of the teacher. Encouraging student participation in ESM club activities: Motivating and inspiring students to actively engage in various club activities offered by ESM. Ensuring student safety and maintaining hygiene standards: Taking necessary precautions and measures to guarantee the safety, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene standards for ESM students during school hours.
